If I purchase a delegate ticket and then cannot attend, is my ticket refundable?

No – however, it is transferable to a colleague providing ecoConnect is given this information by 5pm on the day before the event. This applies to both London and Scotland.

Do finalists need to attend the presentation training day?

This is strongly recommended – there will be practical tips on pitching and presentation skills, an opportunity to work in a guided way on your presentation and important tips for the day. For the dates for London and Scotland see Key Dates.

Will there be investors in the audience?
Cleantech Innovate is a highly targeted event aimed at being of maximum value for our delegates, presenting firms, sponsors and supporters. The audience is high-level decision makers with over 56% direct investors and commercial solution buyers
Can companies at proof-of-concept/prototype stage apply?

Yes – applications are welcome from companies at early stage as well as those who have gone through some funding rounds.

Can companies who are not based in the UK apply?
Cleantech Innovate takes applications from all companies based around the world.
Is there a charge to apply to present?
No – the application process is free and you will get feedback on your submission. If you are selected to present, there is a £150 + VAT charge per presenter, this includes: one day pitch training workshop, video of final presentation, inclusion of brand on all marketing, all networking at the showcase including the evening drinks reception.
